Arrive in Pine Mountain (snacks available)

Opening Ceremony

· Welcome by Jeffrey & Kim of Peace in Action
· Speeches by Joan & Joe Bonvinci, Owners of PMHS-hosts; Valerie Carothers, Executive Dir. of High Places Equestrian Center
· Explanation of camp events, schedule, vision and mission of “Peace Meets”
· Informative information about the culture of the South
· Getting to know each other

3pm-4pm
Camp Set up

4pm-6pm
Ropes Course

Cookout/Hangout

 





Day 2

9am-11am
Farm work

11am-12 pm

Lunch Break

1pm-5pm
Focus on Peace work-Presentations & Discussion sessions based on participant proposals
· High Places Therapeutic Riding Program-Valerie Carothers Presentation will includes hands-on demo with equine (2 hours).
· 2-3 other presentations

5pm-6pm
Dinner Break

6 pm-8pm
Conversations with the Community (Topic to be determined)

Out and About in Pine Mountain-Experience small town life in the deep South for yourself!
